Job summary

J&T Express Penang seeks a responsible Assistant Supervisor to support the operations team in daily hub activities and delivery processes. You will assist the Supervisor in coordinating riders, dispatchers, and the operations staff to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

You should have 1–2 years in courier/logistics, good communication, and a willingness to work weekends/public holidays. Valid driving license and ability to lead in a fast-paced environment are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in courier/logistics operations preferred.
• Able to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor in managing daily hub operations and delivery processes.
• Coordinate and monitor the performance of riders, dispatchers, drivers and operations team.
• Ensure packages are processed correctly and delivered on schedule.
• Monitor KPIs and delivery performance (OTD, success rate, delivery failures).
• Assist in planning routes and allocating workforce according to needs.
• Provide briefings and communicate daily operational instructions to the team.
• Assist in handling customer complaints and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with SOP, safety and procedures.
• Prepare daily operational reports.
