Job summary

UPS is seeking a highly motivated Hub Lead to oversee daily hub operations in Malaysia. You will lead frontline teams, manage resources, and ensure adherence to UPS safety and operational standards to drive service excellence.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in logistics/hub operations with 1–2 years in supervision, and strong leadership and communication skills, plus proficiency in MS Office. Flexibility for weekend/public holiday work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of logistics, transportation, warehousing, or hub operations experience.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily hub operations, including import, export and sorting activities.
• Ensure service commitments and operational KPIs are achieved consistently.
• Monitor shipment flow and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Manage manpower planning, resource allocation, and workforce productivity.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to improve performance and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, security requirements, and procedures.
