Job summary

SPX Express in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Hub Operations Supervisor to lead startup processes at the hub and ensure on-time delivery from pickup to end customer. You will hire and manage staff, subcontractors, and drivers while coordinating with warehouse outbound and linehaul for smooth operations.

The role requires 3–5 years of logistics experience, strong Bahasa Malaysia and English communication, and shift flexibility (6 days a week). Bank-in of COD money is required daily.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• 3–5 years experience in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Willingness to work in shifts (6 days a week).
• Ability to commit to rotating shift work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and establish operation processes in the hub during start-up phase.
• Track, monitor and ensure on-time shipment delivery from pickup to end customer.
• Manage and hire staff / subcontractors / part-time drivers / riders.
• Handle cash on delivery money and ensure banking-in daily.
• Coordinate between hub, warehouse outbound and linehaul for smooth operation.
• Work closely with customer service and assist in handling customer requests.
• Control inventory and protect shipments to minimize missing or damaged parcels.
• Ensure hub meets 5S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardise, Sustain).
