• Diploma / Bachelor of Degree or any relevant standard qualificationor above
• Having 3 - 5 years' experience in after-sales service, store management, and personnel management.
• Strong communication skills, coordination skills, problem solvingskills, and developing subordinates.
• Understand storeoperation methods, be familiar with standard service processes, and be ableto perform operation analysis and improvement.
• Understandconsumer psychology, able to handle complex complaints, and able to cooperate withthe sales department to carry out work.
• Be ableto build a good organizational climate for team memberswhich have a sense of responsibility, hard work spirit.
