Job summary

SBN Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to join our HSSE team in Masai, Johor. You will manage HSSE documents, support ISO 45001/14001 systems, and assist in audits while ensuring compliance with Malaysian safety and environmental regulations.

With a diploma/degree in OSH or related field and 1–2 years' experience, you will contribute to a manufacturing environment and gain hands-on experience in regulatory compliance and documentation control.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and HSSE documentation or audit processes.
• Relevant HSSE or environmental certifications and proficient in Microsoft Office, with good communication skills and attention to detail are an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a relevant qualification and a strong interest in HSSE are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HSSE documents, records, procedures, and reports, ensuring proper control, filing, distribution, and traceability.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Assist in internal and external audits, including document preparation and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Maintain HSSE statistics and records, and assist with accident and incident investigations.
• Support compliance with applicable Malaysian occupational safety and health and environmental regulations.

About the Role

Join our team and gain hands-on experience in HSSE documentation, ISO management systems, regulatory compliance, and audit coordination within a manufacturing environment.

Working closely with the HSSE Manager, you will help maintain effective document control and support the continual improvement of our HSSE management systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain HSSE documents, records, procedures, and reports, ensuring proper control, filing, distribution, and traceability.
