Job summary

SBN Industries Sdn Bhd is hiring a Supply Chain Management Officer (Fresh Graduates Welcome!). You’ll oversee stock levels, ensure accuracy, and support purchasing activities to keep operations running smoothly.

The role involves coordinating with local and overseas suppliers, including China, and maintaining records in our ERP system. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as we provide training, guidance, and clear career growth within a friendly, youthful environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – we’ll guide and train you!
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandarin is a plus)
• Proficient in Excel is a plus. ERP system experience is a bonus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
• A team player with a positive and proactive mindset

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure accuracy and availability
• Handle purchasing activities: request quotations, issue POs, and track deliveries
• Coordinate with local & overseas suppliers (including China)
• Assist in stock planning to avoid overstocking or shortages
• Maintain accurate records in inventory/ERP systems
• Support monthly stock count and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare inventory and purchasing reports when required
