Elsa Talent in Malaysia seeks a Safety and Operations Coordinator to support coordination and documentation of safety and operational activities. You will assist in monitoring plans, performance indicators, and action items to ensure timely completion.

You will prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries for management review and maintain databases with accurate records, collaborating with site and office teams to collect and verify data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience in safety, operations, or technical roles.
• Basic understanding of safety and operational management practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with data reporting or document management tools.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills with good attention to detail.

• Assist in monitoring plans, performance indicators, and action items to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and summary dashboards for management review.
• Maintain relevant databases and ensure records are updated accurately.
• Coordinate with both site and office teams for data collection, verification, and reporting.
• Provide support for internal review and compliance activities.
• Assist in organizing meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
• Ensure proper document control, filing, and version management for all related documents.
• Support the development and improvement of procedures in line with operational requirements and industry standards.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirement(s):

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Safety, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience in safety, operations, or technical roles (industry experience is an advantage).
• Basic understanding of safety and operational management practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with data reporting or document management tools.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills with good attention to detail.
