Job summary

Rymnet Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an Application Consultant to contribute to end-to-end HRMS implementation projects in Petaling Jaya. You will understand client requirements, configure HRMS solutions, test, train users and hand over to support teams.

The role emphasizes data preparation, UAT, issue resolution and strong collaboration with project teams to deliver milestones on schedule.

Qualifications

• Basic SQL knowledge and understanding of system processes and workflows.
• Ability to understand business requirements and configure them within an application.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation and coordination.
• Knowledge of HR processes or HRMS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Configure HRMS solutions: set up modules, system settings, formulas, workflows, parameters and standard reports.
• Translate requirements into solutions by identifying gaps and recommending standard solutions or workarounds.
• Prepare data and testing: data prep, migration, UAT and parallel runs with validated configurations.
• Coordinate issue resolution: troubleshoot discrepancies and escalate customisation needs.
• Train and support clients: conduct system training for HR, payroll and system users.
• Deliver project milestones: complete activities within scope and timelines and support handover to Customer Support.
