Job summary

Weststar Aviation Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to manage HRMS administration, data accuracy, reporting, and system maintenance. The role supports payroll processing and compliance activities to ensure reliable HR services.

You will maintain documentation, coordinate end-user communications, and act as a liaison between HR, IT, and payroll teams to deliver effective HRMS solutions aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM, BA, Accounting, IS or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in HR operations, HRMS administration, payroll administration, or HR data management.
• Experience with HRMS administration, configuration, and payroll system support.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain up-to-date HRMS documentation and report library
• Coordinate end-user communications and maintain HRMS intranet
• Interface between HR and IT to deliver HRMS solutions aligned with business strategy
• Participate in testing new reports and processes; report testing results
• Respond to help desk inquiries and track resolutions
• Update new hires and exits announcements via MS Teams
• Develop and maintain end-user training materials
• Ensure data storage, security and daily server backups
• Perform HRMS data cleaning to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Assist payroll staff movements and ensure proper documentation and approvals
