Sika Kimia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an HRIS Support Specialist based in Kuala Lumpur to maintain and support SAP SuccessFactors across regions.

You will collaborate with global and regional HR teams to ensure system stability, data accuracy, and efficient HR processes. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential. The role emphasizes incident resolution, reporting, and user support, with opportunities to contribute to continuous HR technology improvements and implementation of change

Formación

• Bachelor degree in IT,Economics or equivalent.
• At least 3 years' experience in a similar support function, with knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Suite.
• At least superuser experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mind-set.
• Capable of performing multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient user of MS Office.
• Excellent oral and written English skills; any other European language is a plus.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Creativity is a must.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Learning agility and willingness to grow technical capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational and system support for SAP SuccessFactors across regions.
• Handle tickets, incidents, and escalate when needed.
• Assist in change requests and enhancements in SuccessFactors.
• Monitor data quality and reporting capabilities.
• Maintain documentation and support HR processes across locales.
