Yonyou (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an HRBP to lead recruitment, compliance, and operations within a tech-focused environment in Kuala Lumpur. The role requires Mandarin proficiency to liaise with group counterparts and support regional digital transformation projects.

You will handle EP applications, payroll, and HR documentation, ensuring policy compliance and audit readiness while coordinating with Beijing and Hong Kong teams. A strong IT recruitment background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, and a proven track record of recruiting for software-related positions.
• At least 3 years specializing in the IT industry.
• Experience in handling Employment Pass (EP) applications, foreigners' tax, and other immigration-related matters in Malaysia is required.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English and Chinese (to liaise with Group counterparts).
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding in Yonyou ATS.
• Close head counts in tech sales and implementation roles.
• Manage Employment Pass (EP) applications and related immigration admin.
• Ensure HR policies comply with Malaysian Employment Law and statutory requirements.
• Oversee monthly payroll, attendance, and leave management in Yonyou HR system.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with Group HR teams in Beijing and Hong Kong on HR policies.
• Handle procurement and vendor coordination; manage staff accommodation when needed.

We are expanding rapidly across Southeast Asia and plan to hire over 10 talents this year across Technology Sales and ERP Implementation functions.

HR Duties:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding in the Yonyou ATS system.

Manage the application, renewal, cancellation, and related administration of Employment Passes (EPs) and other work passes for foreign employees.

Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Malaysian Employment Law and statutory requirements (e.g., HRDF, SOCSO, EPF, EIS).

Oversee monthly payroll, attendance, and leave management in Yonyou HR system.

Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records, and ensure audit readiness.

Liaise with Group HR teams in Beijing and Hong Kong to ensure compliance with company-wide HR policies and procedures in Yonyou OA system.

Handle administrative functions such as procurement of office supplies, vendor coordination, and outsourced service management.

Coordinate staff accommodation arrangements when needed.

Requirements:
