Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a skilled professional to support the end-to-end lifecycle of Enboarder workflows across APAC, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.

You will liaise between business and technical stakeholders to ensure adoption and sustainable HR workflow excellence, coordinating UAT and training and delivering editable documentation for future updates.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in end-to-end workflow enhancement initiatives.
• Experience coordinating UAT and training with country stakeholders.
• Ability to design, test, deploy and support HR workflow tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for Enboarder workflows across APAC.
• Engage with business and technical stakeholders for successful implementations.
• Coordinate UAT plans, training, and issue tracking for breakfixes.
• Develop enhancement proposals and implementation roadmaps.
• Create editable training materials and user support documentation.

About the job

The role will also support the end-to-end lifecycle of workflow enhancement initiatives, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. The role also serves as a key liaison between business and technical stakeholders, ensuring successful implementation, stakeholder adoption, and sustainable operational excellence across the HR workflow landscape.

• Provide end-to-end support for the optimization, enhancement, maintenance, and rollout of
• Enboarder workflows across APAC countries.
• Estimated number of breakfixes and enhancements: average 10 items per month
• Coordination with Country stakeholders for UAT and training
• Focus on high-impact issues and enhancements that improve user experience, resolution time, and reporting accuracy
• UAT coordination plans and execution completions
• Issue log and resolution tracker for all breakfixes
• Enhancement proposals and implementation plans
• Configured Enboarder workflow components
• Training materials and inquiry support documentation
• All deliverables must be editable and accessible for future internal updates
