Job summary

PENTAS FLORA is seeking an HR Talent Acquisition Intern for the October intake. You will work with experienced HR professionals, support recruitment activities, and gain practical skills in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

The role involves posting jobs, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records. Internship allowance is provided, with flexible hours and potential to convert to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or International Business.
• Interest in a career in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day recruitment activities.
• Post job vacancies on portals and recruitment platforms.
• Source and screen potential candidates.
• Contact candidates and arrange interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
• Prepare recruitment-related documents and reports as needed.
• Support other TA activities and projects as assigned.
