Job summary

PwC Malaysia is seeking an HR System Support and Project Coordinator to support clients with HR systems and services. You will understand client needs, provide guidance, and work with our IT team to manage HR projects effectively.

The role requires strong payroll knowledge for Malaysia, experience in customer support, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The 12-month direct contract offers benefits similar to regular employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
• At least 3 years in a customer support role with at least 1 year using HR systems.
• Strong payroll knowledge for Malaysia or other countries incl. legislation and compliance.
• Strong understanding of HR systems and services is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and HR system challenges.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients about HR systems and services.
• Handle client feedback, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with IT to plan and initiate HR system projects with clients.
• Document system requirements and data migration processes accurately.
