Job summary

PwC Malaysia is seeking an HR System Support and Project Coordinator to join our Workforce team in Kuala Lumpur. You will understand customer needs, provide guidance on HR systems, and coordinate with IT to manage HR projects.

You will document requirements, support data migration, and ensure timely, high-quality service for clients across payroll and HR processes. The role is a 12-month direct contract with renewal potential.

Qualifications

• Recognized University Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer support role with at least 1 year of experience using HR Systems.
• Mandatory requirement to have strong functional Payroll knowledge for Malaysia or other countries including legislation and statutory compliance requirement.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs related to our HR systems.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients concerning our HR system and services.
• Handle and respond to client feedback, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with the IT team to address and resolve client issues efficiently.
• Record and document client feedback and system issues accurately.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions and resolutions.
• Coordinate and collaborate closely with the IT team to plan and initiate HR system projects with clients.
• Develop and manage project timelines to ensure alignment with both internal and client requirements.
• Clearly document all system requirements and specifications.
• Oversee data migration processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
