PwC Malaysia is seeking an HR System Support and Project Coordinator for a 12-month direct contract. The role focuses on understanding client HR system needs and delivering timely support while coordinating with the IT team to manage HR system projects.

Ideal candidates have a university degree in CS/IT and 4–5 years in customer support, with at least 1 year using HR systems and strong payroll knowledge for Malaysia. Willing to work with client business hours.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline.
• 4–5 years of experience in a customer support role with at least 1 year using HR systems.
• Strong payroll knowledge for Malaysia or other countries including legislation and statutory compliance.

• Provide guidance and support to clients concerning HR systems and services.
