Job summary

PwC Malaysia is seeking an HR System Support and Project Coordinator to ensure top-notch service for our HR systems. The role focuses on understanding client needs, providing guidance, and coordinating with the IT team to manage HR system projects effectively.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in CS/IT, 4–5 years in customer support, and strong payroll knowledge for Malaysia with statutory compliance. This 12-month direct contract offers benefits similar to regular employees.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.
• 4–5 years in a customer support role with at least 1 year using HR systems.
• Strong Payroll knowledge for Malaysia or other countries including legislation and statutory compliance.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide guidance on our HR systems.
• Handle client feedback, emails and inquiries; coordinate with IT to resolve issues.
• Record and document client feedback and system issues accurately.
• Coordinate with IT to plan and initiate HR system projects and manage timelines.
• Oversee data migration processes and document system requirements.
