Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with people management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good English, both written and spoken.
• Leadership skills and ability to work under stress.

Responsibilities

• L&D management: execute site training roadmap, manage external training vendors, track training effectiveness.
• C&B management: analyze compensation and benefits, review salary structure and payroll coordination.
• Foreign Worker Management: manage work permits, visas, and residence permit applications; liaise with agencies.
• Shop floor worker hiring: workforce planning, job descriptions, interviews and offers.
• Audits follow up: collaborate on audits and implement solutions.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
