Aufgaben

• L&D management: Execute site annual training roadmap and manage external vendors.
• C&B management: Analyze compensation structures and participate in salary reviews and surveys.
• Foreign Worker Management: Handle work permits, visas and renewals per local laws.
• Shop floor worker hiring: Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments and manage offers.
• Audits follow up: Collaborate to follow audits and implement solutions.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
