Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience with team management in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; strong leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• L&OD management: execute site annual training roadmap and manage external vendors.
• C&B management: analyze salary structure, participate in compensation surveys, liaise with payroll.
• Manage work permit, visa and residence permit applications for expatriates.
• Audits follow up: coordinate with departments to address audit findings.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
