Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of experience and team management in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Employment Act 1955 and statutory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• L&OD Management: execute site annual training roadmap and assess competency gaps.
• C&B Management: analyze compensation structure and participate in benefits reviews.
• Payroll liaison: work with payroll providers to administer salaries monthly.
• Foreign national management: oversee work permits, visas and renewals.
• Liaise with agencies and immigration offices on policy changes.
• Workforce planning with department heads and create job descriptions.
• Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and manage offers.
