Job summary

CCW INFINITE SDN BHD in Kepong, Klang Valley, is seeking an HR Executive to manage HR operations across all outlets. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, maintain employee records, and support payroll and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR / Business Admin / related field.
• 1-2 years HR experience; experience in automotive or multi-outlet operations is an advantage.
• Good understanding of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Strong communication skills; able to work independently.
• Able to speak Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking staff and management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; organised and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for all outlets: job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management across outlets.
• Coordinate employee engagement programmes, training, and company events.
• Provide support on disciplinary matters, counselling and payroll experience.
• Conduct outlet visits for onboarding, HR audits, investigation and employee relation issues.
• Assist in developing, implementing and improving HR policies and SOPs.
• Prepare HR reports e.g. attendance, turnover, recruitment status for management.
• Support foreign worker administration and hostel monitoring (if applicable).
• Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by management.
