Job summary

Royal Bank of Canada in Putrajaya, Malaysia, seeks an HR professional to manage daily payroll administration, statutory updates, and Workday data changes. Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, business, or related discipline plus HR certification preferred.
• Typically 3–6 years of related experience in Human resources, with knowledge of Excel (VBA/Macro) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handles day to day payroll administrations for Malaysia.
• Ensures payroll is processed timely, accurately and in compliance with company and local regulations.
• Maintains and updates Workday data and HR templates; supports and assists with referrals and promotions.
• Maintains Personal files (P-files) for Malaysia employees and ensures compliance with retention schedules.
• Assists in onboarding/off-boarding processes including Employment Pass & PVP where applicable.
• Handles staff insurance/benefit administration activities; issues HR letters as required.
• Supports HR projects and compensation/talent processes; collaborates with local and global teams.
