Job summary

KONE Elevator (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a People & Communications Services Agent to support HR processes and ensure accurate, timely transactions.

You will be the first point of contact for internal customers, resolving inquiries and maintaining employee data within a shared services environment. Working hours are 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, supporting the SEA Market and other Asia Pacific countries. The role emphasizes customer service excellence, data integrity, and collaboration with HR stakeholders

Qualifications

• Strong communication abilities across written and verbal channels.
• Fluent in English; local language proficiency required.
• Familiarity with MS Office apps and data entry.
• Experience in HR administration or shared service centers is a plus.
• Ability to maintain accurate HR records and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Log and track requests in a case-management tool to monitor SLAs.
• Follow guidelines to meet quality targets and timelines.
• Maintain reminders and notify stakeholders as required.
• Perform quality checks and contribute to process improvement.
• Assist with local HR administration and employee file maintenance.
• Support HR processes across master data, recruitment, onboarding, and learning.
