Job summary

Abbott is seeking an Associate, HR Service Center (Intern) to support HR operations across the APAC region in a dynamic Shared Services environment. You will gain hands-on exposure to employee lifecycle processes, including documentation, contracts, and offboarding, while collaborating with HR teams and stakeholders across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Note: internship role with minimum 10 weeks internship requirement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare HR documents, including Employee Verification Letters and Service Anniversary Letters.
• Support employee lifecycle processes, including offboarding and contract administration.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned HR transactions.
• Assist with HR reporting, data validation, and audit activities.
• Provide HR service support to inquiries through designated channels.
