Job summary

Wolfspeed Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a HR professional to support recruitment operations in Malaysia, including managing requisitions in Workday, posting job ads, screening CVs and coordinating screening interviews with hiring managers located in other countries.

The role also covers reference checks, new hire orientations and exit interviews. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in HR, at least 3 years of HR experience, and exposure to electronics manufacturing or semiconductor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Human Resources or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years human resources experience.
• Exposure in electronics manufacturing or semiconductor industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruitment activities for Malaysia, including managing job requisitions in Workday, posting ads, screening and downloading CVs.
• Conduct HR interviews with shortlist and schedule interviews for hiring managers in other countries.
• Perform reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
• Coordinate orientations for new hires and exit interviews for departing employees.
• Provide administrative support for Malaysia HR as needed.
• Assist organizing employee activities for Malaysia staff.
• Undertake other related duties as assigned.
