Job summary

Yee Lee Corporation Bhd invites applications for an HR Recruitment Intern position located in Ipoh, Perak. The role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and HR digitalisation within a diverse group of entities.

Interns will source candidates, screen CVs, schedule interviews, maintain trackers in Excel, and assist onboarding. Diploma or Degree students in HR/Business Admin/Psychology with 3.0 CGPA and MUET Band 3 are preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.0 and MUET Band 3 (for Degree student).
• Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to and understanding of the end to end recruitment process in Yee Lee Group.
• Take part in the digitalisation of HR activities and processes, and understand the importance of new technology in HR.
• Understand how Employer Branding and Culture help attract talent into Yee Lee Group, and learn the power of social media.
• Support candidate sourcing on job portals and social media
• Assist with CV screening and shortlisting
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Update recruitment trackers and reports in Excel
• Handle candidate queries through live chat and email
• Support onboarding coordination and HR documentation
• Create recruitment posters and social media content using Canva
• Assist in employer branding activities such as career fairs and campus talks
• Support digitalisation projects, such as testing or documenting new HR tools
• Assist with other ad hoc HR tasks assigned by the Head of HR
