Ultimate Group in Malaysia is seeking an HR internship candidate to join our recruitment team. You will gain hands-on experience by posting jobs, sourcing candidates, and helping coordinate interviews.

Daily tasks include reviewing resumes, shortlisting candidates, contacting applicants, and maintaining recruitment records. You will work with the HR team to learn hiring processes and build real recruiting skills.

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment is an advantage.
• Organised, responsible and willing to learn.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates and arranging interviews.

Responsabilidades
