Qualifications

• Strong communication in English and BM; Mandarin is a bonus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A team player with a proactive attitude.
• Willing to travel to PJ office.
• Interested in HR, recruitment, or people-focused work.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen potential candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates for qualification, culture fit, and job match.
• Partner with consultants to understand client hiring needs and job scopes.
• Prepare job descriptions, candidate profiles, and documentation.
• Research companies, industries, and competitors to support recruitment strategy.
• Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
• Assist with interview coordination, offer processes, and onboarding.
• Help build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
• Stay updated with recruitment trends and best practices.
