Job summary

Titan Force Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Human Resources Executive – Recruitment to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding. You will collaborate with department managers, source and screen candidates, interview, and coordinate the hiring process with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online job portals.
• Office near to public transport.

Responsibilities

• Identify hiring needs and develop detailed job descriptions and specifications
• Collaborate with department managers to define consistent and accurate recruitment requirements
• Post job advertisements across various platforms and source qualified candidates through databases, job portals, and social media
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure the best fit for open positions
• Assess applicants' qualifications, skills, and experience in line with job requirements
• Perform reference checks and background screenings
• Coordinate the overall hiring process with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Prepare and complete necessary documentation for new hires and maintain accurate candidate records
• Manage and support employee induction and onboarding programs
• Promote and strengthen the company's employer brand to attract top talent
