You will own full recruitment cycles, manage onboarding, and assist with HR projects and initiatives, ensuring compliance with local regulations and a positive employee experience.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of HR experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist, or related roles.
• Solid understanding of Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin a plus.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for full-time, internship, and part-time roles.
• Serve as primary HR contact for employees and resolve inquiries.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and HR operations tasks.
• Assist with employee relations activities, probation follow-ups, and performance reviews.
