Job summary

Ramco Systems Malaysia is seeking a Functional Consultant to join the HCM Implementation team. You will work with clients to understand HR processes, gather requirements, and support HR and Payroll module configuration and testing.

You'll help prepare training materials and participate in client demonstrations and go-live activities while collaborating with technical and product teams across global projects.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with MBA in HR, Systems, or General Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Willingness to learn, travel, and work with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand client business needs and HR processes.
• Participate in requirement gathering and documentation.
• Support configuration and testing of HR and Payroll modules.
• Prepare training materials and assist user trainings.
• Assist consultants during demonstrations and client meetings.
• Support system testing, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to resolve issues.
