Job summary

Lean Giap Group is seeking a proactive HR intern to support the People & Culture Department in strengthening HR operations, talent acquisition initiatives, employee engagement, and organisational culture through effective coordination and execution of HR activities.

The role involves assisting in building and maintaining the talent pool, ensuring compliant documentation, digitising filing systems, supporting recruitment campaigns, and gaining exposure to labour regulations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a diploma or Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and enhancement of the company's talent pool and candidate database.
• Ensure HR records and documents are properly prepared, maintained, updated, and managed per requirements.
• Assist in digitisation and organisation of HR filing systems for accessibility and efficiency.
• Assist in supporting talent acquisition campaigns and candidate engagement activities.
• Support HR compliance activities while gaining exposure to employment practices and workplace policies.
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture by supporting employee engagement initiatives.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and projects for the People and Culture department.
