Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities and maintain recruitment records.
• Prepare HR letters, memos and employment contracts.
• Maintain digital and physical employee files; update HR databases.
• Monitor attendance, leave and employee records; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with HR system enquiries and data accuracy.
