Job summary

Coherent in Malaysia seeks an experienced HR TMS Operations professional to lead onboarding and offboarding processes across APAC, ensuring data accuracy, timely processing, and payroll readiness. You will coordinate with Payroll, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, and regional teams to drive compliant, efficient HR services.

The role demands 5–6+ years in HR TMS or shared services, strong knowledge of time and attendance, and experience with Oracle HCM.

Qualifications

• 5–6+ years in HR TMS operations or shared services.
• Strong understanding of time and attendance and payroll integration.
• Experience administering TMS in regional/global environment.
• End-to-end onboarding and offboarding transactions expertise.
• Labor law knowledge across APAC regions.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and offboarding management across APAC countries with data validation and processing in Oracle HCM.
• Manage time, attendance, leave, and scheduling, ensuring first-time-right processing and payroll cut-offs.
• Deliver HR services from routine inquiries to complex cases while upholding service standards and cross-border compliance.
• Execute full range of HR transactions including reorganizations and international transfers with accuracy.
• Champion process excellence and knowledge sharing; update procedures and docs.
