The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in HR operations, strong data integrity skills, and fluency in English with Indonesian language skills considered a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of HR operations experience on payroll and master data for Indonesia and SEA countries.
• Knowledge of ERP systems; Workday or BIPO will be an added advantage.
• Able to multi-task, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of labor legislation; Indonesia labor laws are an advantage.
• Experience setting up related procedures and policies.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations in a shared services center with focus on payroll and data integrity.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders across Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam.
• Serve as SME for Workday and BIPO HRMS within the SAP region.
• Maintain employee master data and ensure confidential records are stored securely.
• Manage leave portal as a super user and ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Coordinate with third-party payroll providers to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing.
