Job summary

Bosch Group in Malaysia offers an internship in Administration within the GR/SES-Pg5 department. You will assist the HOD/SSO, support all administrative activities, and help update records, manage supplies, and analyze KPIs monthly. Degree or Diploma in Business Management or related fields is advantageous; proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong English communication are expected.

You may be asked to contribute to special projects and provide a Letter of Recommendation from your university.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Business Management, secretarial, or office management is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and English communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist HOD/SSO in the overall administration of the GR/SES-Pg5 department.
• Support all administrative activities within the SES department.
• Update, organize, and maintain department records and files.
• Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
• Support special projects and assigned initiatives.
• Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a monthly basis.
