Job summary

SummitNext, a Malaysia-based "Tech Driven CX company" founded by outsourcing experts, is seeking one proactive and responsible HR Intern to join the Human Resources team and provide administrative and operational support. The role focuses on HR administration, attendance and leave, recruitment support, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of HR processes.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• HR Administration including maintaining employee records and filing HR documents.
• Attendance & Leave Administration and reporting.
• Recruitment support and onboarding documentation.
• Employee onboarding, offboarding and HRIS updates.
• General employee support and handling queries with confidentiality.
• Organising employee activities and team-building events.
• Providing administrative support and assisting HR projects.
