Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, onboarding.
• Post job ads on portals, social media, and recruitment platforms.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Conduct initial screening and reference checks.
• Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Support manpower planning and hiring needs across departments/outlets.
• Prepare and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly outlet reports (sales, manpower, wastage, etc.).
• Monitor outlet documentation (checklists, SOP compliance, audit forms).
• Coordinate operational paperwork between outlets and HQ.
• Track inventory reports and assist in stock reconciliation.
• Maintain filing system for operations-related documents.
• Assist in updating SOPs and operational manuals.
