Job summary

PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR Consultant (Employee & Workforce Operations Executive) at fresh graduate level to support day-to-day HR operations and welfare of temporary employees, while coordinating with clients and handling employee enquiries.

You will maintain active temporary headcount, assignments and contracts, update records, prepare reports, and ensure smooth employee lifecycle experiences in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Communications or related discipline
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-service oriented with a positive and professional attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Able to multitask and manage multiple follow-ups
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day employee and welfare of temporary employees
• Act as a key point of contact for temporary employees and assist with enquiries relating to assignments, employment matters, payroll, documentation and welfare
• Maintain and monitor active temporary employee headcount, assignments and contract completion
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and temporary employees
• Coordinate and follow up on employee-related matters to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain accurate employee records, reports and information in internal systems
• Ensure employee documentation is complete and updated accurately
• Prepare and maintain regular reports relating to workforce headcount and operational activities
• Ensure a high level of service quality and employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle
• Work closely with internal teams and clients to resolve operational matters
