Job summary

PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is looking for an HR/Recruitment Operations professional to manage candidates’ timesheets, prepare offers and onboarding documents, and handle employee lifecycle matters. You will liaise with clients and candidates to resolve issues and coordinate sourcing, screening, and interviews.

The role requires strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills, with eligibility for fresh graduates and those with 1 year of HR/recruitment experience.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment operations.
• Fresh graduate with similar experiences are encourage to apply.
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiar with Malaysian employment laws and regulations
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Possess a valid driving license
• Familiar with the Penang and Kulim areas

Responsibilities

• Manage candidates’ timesheets for payroll processing
• Prepare offer letters, contracts, and coordinate the onboarding process
• Handle employee lifecycle matters, including disciplinary actions and offboarding
• Act as the key liaison for client and candidate engagement, ensuring timely issue resolution
• Handle recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, and interview coordination)
• Maintain accurate records, headcount tracking, and operational reporting
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and service delivery standards
