Qualifications

• Maintains HR records, reports, and documentation.
• Handles grievances professionally and confidentially.

Job description

Manage and monitor foreign worker matters, including work permits, FOMEMA, immigration documentation, renewals, and other related requirements.

Handle day-to-day HR operational matters and provide immediate support for urgent employee or workplace issues.

Conduct employee counselling sessions relating to attendance, work performance, behaviour, workplace issues, and other employee concerns.

Conduct and manage disciplinary sessions, including verbal counselling, warning letters, show‑cause matters, and follow‑up actions when required.

Conduct daily HR operational checks, including employee attendance, punctuality, manpower, employee movements, workplace discipline, and compliance with company rules.

Monitor and follow up on absenteeism, late attendance, attendance irregularities, and employee misconduct.

Work closely with department heads, supervisors, and line leaders to manage and resolve employee‑related operational issues.

Ensure employees understand and comply with company policies, SOPs, rules, and workplace requirements.

Maintain proper HR records, reports, and documentation for employee and disciplinary matters.

Handle employee grievances and workplace issues professionally, fairly, and confidentially.

Take appropriate action during urgent HR operational situations and elevate matters when necessary.

Assist with HR audits, inspections, employee engagement activities, and other HR operational duties as assigned.
