A leading HR firm based in Johor Bahru is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment, compliance, and employee relations. You will ensure adherence to Malaysian labour laws while developing HR policies and managing performance appraisals. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in HR Management and a background in the manufacturing sector. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Human Resource Management.
• Background in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiar with Malaysian labour regulation and HR operation.

Responsibilities

• Develop HR policies and ensure labour law compliance.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and manpower planning.
• Oversee payroll, compensation and statutory contribution.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary cases and grievances.
• Manage performance appraisal and improvement plans.
• Plan and coordinate training and development programs.
• Manage foreign worker permits, passes and documentation.
• Maintain HR records, leave, attendance and administration.
• Liaise with government agencies, vendors and external parties.
