You will play a key role in supporting business growth through effective talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, employee relations and HR compliance.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
Partner with hiring managers to fulfil manpower requirements.
Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.
Drive initiatives to attract and retain quality talent.
Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and employment matters.
Handle employee relations issues, disciplinary matters and investigations.
Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate performance management processes and talent reviews.
Support succession planning and employee development initiatives.
Coach managers on performance improvement and people management practices.
Identify organisational training needs and coordinate development programmes.
Administer HRD Corp-related activities and training grants.
Support leadership and capability‑building initiatives.
Support salary reviews, bonus exercises and employee benefit programmes.
Assist in compensation benchmarking and reward initiatives.
Ensure timely submission of payroll‑related information.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment legislation and company policies.
Support HR audits and governance requirements.
Monitor regulatory developments and recommend improvements where needed.
Drive HR digitalisation and process improvement initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, metrics and management updates.
Participate in organisational development and change management projects.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 to 8 years of HR experience, with exposure to the full spectrum of HR functions.
Strong HR Generalist experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and HR administration.
Good understanding of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
Experience in trading, manufacturing,or multi‑site operations will be an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
