Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an HR & Talent Acquisition professional to develop recruitment strategies aligned with growth and manpower planning. You will source and engage candidates across portals, social media, agencies, campus outreach, and referrals.

You will screen and interview candidates, coordinate offers, onboarding, and related HR administration, while maintaining accurate, confidential records and supporting lifecycle activities like probation, transfers, and offboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR or Talent Acquisition experience.
• End-to-end recruitment experience across multiple roles.
• Familiar with recruitment platforms and interview coordination.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Well-organized, independent, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract talent.
• Source and engage candidates through job portals, social media, agencies, campus outreach, and referrals.
• Coordinate initial screenings and interview arrangements.
• Prepare and submit monthly recruitment reports.
• Handle recruitment admin: offers, medical checks, and document collection.
• Manage onboarding: orientation and coordination.
• Maintain HR records with confidentiality.
• Support lifecycle activities like confirmations, probation, transfers, resignations, and offboarding.
• Prepare HR documents: confirmation letters, warnings, disciplinary letters.
• Organize internal activities: training, engagement programs, team events.
