Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma / Certificate in Human Resource / Administration or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of HR experience.
• Strong communication skills; problem solving and attention to detail.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and on-boarding: establish recruitment, testing and interviewing process; prepare appointment letters; manage onboarding, orientation and placement; monitor probationary appraisals.
