is offering an HR internship in Kuala Lumpur to assist in delivering HR services across functions and to support the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and development initiatives. You will screen resumes, schedule interviews, assist with payroll attendance checks and OT calculations, organise events, maintain employee data in internal systems, and contribute to HR administration under supervision.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
• Able to commit for at least 3 months internship period.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering HR services across functions
• Assist in managing the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and learning & development
• Screen resumes and application forms; schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Assist in payroll attendance checking and OT calculation
• Participate in organizing company events and open interviews
• Provide support in HR administrative tasks and update internal databases with new employee information
