Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with employees at all levels.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist recruitment and selection: resume screening, interview coordination, admin support.
• Participate in onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct research and provide insights on HR topics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR inquiries.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
