Job summary

You will support job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, attendance and records maintenance, training coordination, and participate in HR projects while handling information confidentially. This role emphasizes collaboration and learning.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Available for an internship placement as required by the educational institution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: assist in posting job advertisements, source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interview arrangements.
• HR Administration: assist in preparing HR documents, filing, attendance, leave records and updating employee information.
• Training & Development: coordinate training programmes, update training records, and assist with evaluations and materials.
• Employee Engagement & HR Projects: support events, internal announcements, and HR improvement initiatives.
