Job summary
AIA Digital+ in Kuala Lumpur is offering a full-time HR internship to provide support to the Talent Acquisition and HRBP teams. You will arrange interview sessions, assist candidates with the application process, and help with onboarding logistics in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Ideal candidates are undergraduates or recent graduates in Human Resources, Psychology, International Business, Communications, or business-related degrees, with strong organizational skills and attention
Qualifications
- Undergraduate or fresh graduate with a background in HR, psychology, international business, communications, or business-related degree.
- Available for at least 6 months of full-time internship.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the TA and HRBP teams.
- Arrange interview sessions for recruiters and hiring managers.
- Assist candidates with the application process.
- Assist recruiters with employment screening for shortlisted candidates.
- Support onboarding logistics and related activities.
- Participate in weekly department meetings and engagement events.
